Le Rasole is a FIVI National Punto di Affezione
Our wine cellar has brought us some lovely news: we have joined the network of National Punti di Affezione of FIVI, the Italian Federation of Independent Winegrowers. We are proud to be part of it, and it says something about the choices we make at Le Rasole.
Who are the Independent Winegrowers?
They are producers who personally oversee the entire process: tending their own vineyards, making wine from their own grapes, bottling it and taking care of its sale. This commitment connects each bottle to the person who makes it and the place it comes from.
What does being a Punto di Affezione mean?
It means belonging to a network of venues where wines from Independent Winegrowers have a place and are introduced to guests. The national designation reflects a selection of producers from several Italian regions.
For us, this means something very practical: choosing their wines, learning about them, tasting them and helping you find what you feel like drinking, while sharing a little about the people who made it.
Why it matters to us
The wine list at Le Rasole takes shape one tasting at a time. There is Garda and the nearby areas we hold dear, alongside the curiosity to explore a little further afield.
We are happy to join the FIVI network because we share its appreciation for the work of producers. It is the same care we try to bring to choosing ingredients for our kitchen.
