Lake cuisine in Garda, with the green all around.

We are not a fish-only restaurant, and we do not try to look like one. When the lake enters our menu, it does so with balance: Lake Garda sarda, trout, freshwater ingredients and dishes that meet the garden, Lessinia, embers and wine.

Lake Garda is not only a view: it is fishing, tradition and ingredients with a character that is different from sea fish. We use them when season and quality make sense, without forcing the menu.
