Data we process

We process only the data needed to reply to requests, manage bookings, send the newsletter when requested and keep the website secure.

• Contact form data: name, email, phone number if provided, message, language and source page.
• Newsletter data: email address, language, consent and subscription source.
• Technical browsing data: minimal server information and aggregated statistics through Umami, without profiling cookies.
• Any data voluntarily shared by email, phone, WhatsApp or social channels.

Why we process data

We use personal data to respond to guest requests, organise the service and communicate only when there is a valid legal basis: the user's request, consent, legal obligation or legitimate interest in website security.

• Reply to messages sent through the contact form or by email.
• Manage newsletter subscriptions and send updates about menus, events and restaurant news.
• Store a copy of contact requests in Directus so messages are not lost.
• Analyse website use in aggregated form and improve content and performance.

Connected services

The website is hosted on infrastructure managed by the controller or appointed technical providers. Some services are needed to process requests and bookings correctly.

• Directus: content management and internal storage of contact requests.
• Keila: newsletter subscription and email campaign management.
• Mailgun: delivery of emails generated by website forms.
• Umami: aggregated statistics without profiling cookies.
• OpenStreetMap: map display and directions on the contact page.
• Plateform and TeamSystem Hospitality: external services used for table and room bookings.
• WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Tripadvisor: external links used only if the visitor chooses to open them.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request or provide the requested service. Contact requests may be retained for organisational and protection purposes, unless deletion is requested where applicable. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn or the user unsubscribes.

Data sharing

Personal data is not sold or publicly disclosed. It may be processed by technical providers, consultants or authorised persons helping the restaurant manage the website, email, newsletter, security and administrative requirements. Where required, data may be shared with authorities or public bodies under applicable law.
