Terre Altre, riabitare e resistere
On Friday 16 October, we bring Slow Food Italia’s campaign for inland and mountain areas to the table. Four courses featuring Slow Food Presidia, small producers and the Veneto region, with pairings included. €60, or €55 for Slow Food members.
Le Rasole de ’na òlta · A taste of the past
On Friday 4 December 2026, rediscover dishes from Le Rasole’s past and share memories around the table. Welcome at 7:30 pm, dinner at 8:00 pm. €50 per person.

A special evening dedicated to the meeting of fine cuisine and craft beer. In collaboration with Birrificio Bionoc, we will take you on a journey to discover the “Beer of the Dolomites”, brewed at the foot of the Pale di San Martino mountains, through a tasting menu carefully designed to enhance every pairing.

A new event in our series dedicated to the producers whose stories we love to share. On Friday, June 12th, Le Rasole welcomes Cantina Piccoli for an evening where cuisine and wine come together through a menu designed to celebrate terroir, seasonality, and thoughtful pairings. Four courses, four wines – an experience meant to be enjoyed slowly, filled with stories, flavours, and conviviality.
