Wine, cocktails, amari and spirits are not just a list to rush through: they are part of the table. We like to tell their stories, suggest them and find the right glass for the moment.
We do not want the cellar to become an endless list. We prefer a thoughtful selection shaped by meetings, tastings, study and curiosity.
The list changes with the kitchen and the season. Sometimes it starts from the territory, sometimes from a producer discovered by chance, from an amaro that stayed with us or from a cocktail created to begin dinner at the right pace.
Wine
Small producers, nearby territories, real stories.
Our wine list starts from small producers, often local, chosen because they can express a territory, a commitment and an identity. We are not looking for labels to show off, but for wines with something to say and a natural place beside the food.
Let us guide you: we study, taste and keep looking for new bottles so we can suggest the glass that best suits your meal, perhaps even the one you did not expect.
Cocktails
An aperitif, a pairing, a pause before dinner.
Alcoholic or alcohol-free, cocktails are another way for us to accompany the table. We enjoy trying new ideas, aromas and combinations that can open the meal lightly or speak with some of the dishes.
A small aperitif before starting, a drink made for the season, or a non-alcoholic proposal that still has depth and flavour.
Amari and whisky
The end of the meal has its own time.
We keep a generous selection of Italian amari and international whiskies, chosen to close the experience slowly. Each bottle has its own character: herbal, citrusy, balsamic, smoky, soft or more decisive.
Ask us for advice: often the best way to end dinner is to find exactly the amaro, or whisky, you were in the mood for without knowing it.
Bitter tonic
Tonic is not only for gin.
We like to play with the aromatic side of Italian amari in a tonic version too. A bitter tonic is fresh, fragrant, less predictable than the usual drink and perfect when you want something different.
It is a simple and pleasant way to discover new nuances: herbs, citrus, roots, spices and bubbles, all in one glass to enjoy without rushing.
At the table
The simplest advice: ask us.
Whether you feel like a local white wine, a sparkling glass, an alcohol-free cocktail or a particular amaro, we are happy to guide your choice. It is one of the best parts of our work.
FAQ
Wine list and drinks.
What kind of wine list does Le Rasole offer?
Our wine list brings together carefully chosen labels, often from small producers and wineries connected to the territory. We look for wines that tell a story, a place and the work of the people behind them.
Is the wine list connected to the local area?
Yes, the local area matters a lot to us. The list includes wines from Lake Garda, Verona and Veneto, alongside Italian producers and a few selected bottles from other regions or countries.
Why will I not find only well-known labels?
Because we enjoy introducing small producers, less obvious wines and bottles you may not meet every day. It can feel unusual at first, but that is also the best part: letting yourself be guided and discovering something new.
Can I ask for help choosing wine?
Of course, and we recommend it. Tell us what you like, what you have ordered and the kind of experience you are looking for: we will help you find the wine that best suits your meal.
Does the wine list change over time?
Yes, the list changes with research, availability, new discoveries and pairings with the kitchen. Some bottles stay, others are available only for a short time, depending on producers and vintages.
Do you serve wines by the glass?
Yes, we also serve wines by the glass. The selection may change according to the season, the bottles open and the pairings that work best with the current menu.
Is the wine list available online?
Yes, the wine list is available online in this section of the website. You can browse it before visiting us or directly at the table.
Do you also offer cocktails, amari and spirits?
Yes, alongside wine we offer cocktails, bitter tonics, Italian amari and international whiskies. We like to accompany the experience before and after dinner too, with aperitif and after-dinner suggestions.
