About us
Since 1976, Le Rasole has welcomed guests in Garda with seasonal cooking, quiet greenery and a relaxed feeling of home.
The story
Ristorante Le Rasole began in 1976 with Graziano, Maria and Michele. Since then, many guests, lunches, dinners and seasons have passed through here, each leaving something in our idea of hospitality.
Katia worked in the kitchen from 1988, bringing energy and ideas. Claudio joined in 1998, and the restaurant kept growing through service, loyal guests and the wish to remain recognisable without standing still.

Matteo Porru joins the kitchen and opens a more seasonal phase.
The project
Since 2022 we have chosen to write a new chapter. Chef Matteo Porru, together with Claudio in the dining room, carries forward a fresher, more seasonal proposal, closer to what the territory offers at the right moment.
We like telling stories without making them too formal. Sometimes they start from a producer, sometimes from a vegetable, a lake fish, a cut cooked over the fire or a wine tasted together. The menu changes to stay alive.
Living kitchen
One of the marks of our kitchen is the large wood-fired hearth. We use it to give meat, fish and vegetables the depth of embers, smoke and time, while keeping the taste simple.
Hospitality
Come for dinner, for a room, for an event or simply to find a quiet place surrounded by greenery. We bring the food, wine and welcome; you bring the time to enjoy them.
