Le Rasole took part in the presentation of the Osterie d'Italia 2025 guide at MUSE in Trento, together with other restaurants and members of the Slow Food Cooks' Alliance.

Taking part in the presentation of Osterie d'Italia 2025 at MUSE in Trento was a meaningful moment for us. It was a chance to meet other restaurants, members of the Slow Food Cooks' Alliance, producers and people who care about this project.

Bringing Le Rasole into that context means telling the daily work behind our restaurant: cooking, territory, hospitality, wine and relationships with producers. The guide is not only a recognition, but also an invitation to keep building a restaurant that feels more and more coherent with its identity.

We came home with new conversations, new ideas and the pleasant feeling of being part of a wider community that believes in food as culture, care and responsibility.
