Cento Cene per Slow Wine at Ristorante Le Rasole
An evening dedicated to the Slow Wine guide, with selected wines and dishes created to bring kitchen and cellar into conversation.
Cento Cene per Slow Wine was an evening dedicated to the Slow Wine guide and to the wines it tells through producers, territories and choices of identity.
For us it was a natural way to connect the dining room, the kitchen and the cellar: each glass became a chance to talk about vineyards, people and the work behind a bottle. The dishes were created to accompany the wines without forcing the pairing, leaving room for conversation and discovery.
We keep this evening in our archive because it expresses something we care about deeply: wine is not only a list of labels, but a meeting between stories, food and guests around the same table.
