The grill fire
Not only main courses: the grill fire enters the menu as aroma, technique and a familiar memory.
The grill fire is a constant presence at Le Rasole. We do not see it only as a way to cook meat, but as a language that can move through the whole menu.
Sometimes it appears in a starter, sometimes in a pasta dish or a vegetable; on certain evenings it even reaches dessert. It brings aroma, concentration and a recognisable trace.
It looks simple, but it asks for time, attention and sensitivity. That is exactly why we like it: it keeps the kitchen present.
