Monte Veronese cheese
A mountain cheese from nearby hills, able to bring depth to both simple dishes and more creative preparations.
Monte Veronese comes from the mountains above Verona and carries the memory of pastures, alpine dairies and a very recognisable cheese-making tradition.
In the kitchen we use it when we need a local note that completes the dish without covering it. It works beautifully with vegetables, fresh pasta, sauces and grilled flavours.
It lets us tell the story of the Verona area beyond wine, giving space to the mountains and their producers too.
