Our tasting menu
A dialect expression, which can be translated as “trust us”, becomes our 7-course tasting menu, ranging from appetizers to desserts. By choosing it, you rely on us, leaving us carte blanche in the choice and creation of the dishes that will be served.
The itinerary is made by reservation for the entire table: at the time of booking you will be asked about any intolerances, allergies and diets, necessary to better define the menu that will be served.
Since this is a blind tasting and communicating the dishes only when they will be served, we have decided to also propose a pairing path: we will take care of selecting the wines and craft beers that best match the dishes served, so as to make the experience even more interesting.
