“At the table with… Ugolini”, the second evening in the company of a producer

Yesterday, May 30, 2024, the second evening took place in the company of Valpolicella producer Giambattista Ugolini of Ugolini Vini.

During the evening, between a dish prepared by Chef Matteo and a glass of wine, we discovered the identity of this winery and the importance that is given to the territory, to the concept of cru. Without forgetting the love for wine and the commitment to bring out, from each wine, the commitment, love and territoriality from and for the vineyard from which the winemaking starts.
