Allergies and Intolerances are often underestimated topics or relegated to simple numbers next to the name of the dishes.
At first glance, this approach may seem sufficient to guarantee a guest who suffers from an allergy or intolerance but hides situations that may not be very pleasant.
We want to explain our approach which, if at first it can leave you unsettled, allows us to be as attentive as possible to the needs of our guests!
On our menu there are no allergens of the dishes, zero, none! There is the necessary indication to contact the staff and communicate your allergy or intolerance: this is exactly what we want, we want you to communicate your intolerance to us. Then we will bring you our Allergen Register where, for each dish, the allergens contained (present or in potential traces) are indicated.
This request for communication is fundamental for us, because from that moment we will mark the intolerance or allergy under each dish you order, we will do everything possible to minimize any cross-contamination and we will pay the utmost attention to the garnish present in the dishes, to the welcome that will be served to you and we will take care of you.
Over the years we have seen, in fact, that with the allergens on the menu, our guests are less likely to communicate their sensitivity to allergens, preventing us from proposing solutions to allow them to eat dishes that, otherwise, they could not eat.
