We are proud to attend the presentation of Osterie d’Italia 2025 at MUSE in Trento, on November 5, 2024!
It will be a great opportunity to meet other Osterie and other members of the Slow Food Chefs’ Alliance, as well as to meet members and supporters of this magnificent project.
We will bring a taste of one of our dishes: “Variation of Saòr: Trout Marinated with Garda Citrus in Saòr and Pumpkin al Camino in Saòr”. It will also be possible to taste our Artisan Panettone with White Chocolate and Berries.
